We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Forklift Operator must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to lift heavy objects. This position requires a valid forklift license and the successful candidate must be able to pass a background check.
Hours :
4×10 hour shifts – 6pm- 2am
or
3 week rolling rota- 2pm – midnight
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks with the forklift.
- Maintain the forklift in good working condition.
- Follow safety regulations and procedures.
- Be able to lift heavy objects with the forklift.
- Keep track of inventory and stock levels.
- Communicate with other workers on the warehouse floor.
Essentials
- All candidates must have a valid Reach Truck licence or Counterbalance Licence
- All candidates must be able to read English
