Responsibilities:
– Assist with the procurement of goods and services for the organization
– Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information
– Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms of agreements
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
– Coordinate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs
– Utilize systems such as Oracle EBS to process purchase orders and track shipments
– Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
– Support the supply chain and logistics team in optimizing procurement processes

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate supplier options and make informed decisions
– Excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable pricing and terms
