Sure Recruitment Livingston We are excited to be recruiting for multiple Drivers to work with one of our well established clients. Our client is seeking multiple Class 1 HGV drivers for Double man shifts.
Our client operates 7 days a week – therefore dayshifts and backshifts are also available
Client Summary
Our client is looking to bring in some more drivers to help . Working from our clients yard in Livingston, you will be responsible for checking the vehicle and trailer over before and after your shift for any defects, this may include when it is dark so it is important that you are willing to carry these checks out with a torch.
Essentials
- Daily Defect Checks.
- Managing your time to ensure all deliveries are on time.
- Liaising with the office regarding any issues.
- Complying with all EU driving and work time regulations.
- Keeping the vehicle you have been assigned tidy for the next driver.
Candidates must have the following:
- Class 1 licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
- Minimum of 9 months experience
- Valid CPC card.
- Digital tachograph card.
- Know how to attach and detach single and double deck trailers.
