Sure Recruitment Group Ltd. are currently looking for experienced van drivers to work for an extremely busy client in the Polmadie area of Glasgow.
This is a high-volume multi-drop position delivering cash and carry goods to local businesses across Glasgow and the surrounding area.
Shift Pattern:
Monday – Friday
Start times may vary anytime between 6am-9am
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vans to transport goods and materials between locations
- Load and unload cargo from the van
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members
- Perform basic maintenance checks on the van
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving
Essentials
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Van Driver or similar role
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 6 points
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations
- Experience as a Delivery Driver or in a Warehouse setting is a plus
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Category held for minimum 2 years.
