ESSENTIAL WORKER STATUS

The individual with this link has been designated as an essential worker in relation to their engagement via Sure Recruitment Group Ltd.

This is in line with the Government guidance on essential workers as of Tuesday 17th November 2020 and if anyone, with the authority to do so, would like to confirm this is the case, I can be contacted on 01506 896 595.

This status has been determined using the following sectors of the guidance.

COVID protection level 4

People are advised to work from home wherever that is practicable.

Businesses which provide essential services can continue to operate, such as those in the Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sector, courts and tribunals.

There are 13 designated CNI sectors including agriculture and food production, activity to maintain the food supply chain, energy and transport.

Critical National Infrastructure

CNI are those facilities, systems, sites, information, people, networks and processes, necessary for a country to function and upon which daily life depends.

It also includes some functions, sites and organisations which are not critical to the maintenance of essential services, but which need protection due to the potential danger to the public (civil nuclear and chemical sites for example).

In the UK, there are 13 national infrastructure sectors: Chemicals, Civil Nuclear, Communications, Defence, Emergency Services, Energy, Finance, Food, Government, Health, Space, Transport and Water.
