Sure Recruitment Livingston are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with administration experience for our well known client in the Newbridge area of Edinburgh.
This is a temporary contract for 2 months, which may lead to a permanent position
Monday – Friday 9.30am to 6pm
On the job training provided.

– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls to tracking parcels/deliveries.
– Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases accurately.
– Provide general administrative support to staff members.
– Previous experience in an office administration role preferred
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work to a high standard and to prioritise workload under pressure.
